Support for Communities
In 2020 and 2021, Marie Harrison Community Foundation, Inc. helped to secure rental assistance for 156 people, putting checks directly into their hands and bridging the digital divide by providing application support and computer access to the community in collaboration with Mission Neighborhood Centers.
In June 2021, MHCFI was crucial to distributing COVID-19 supplies and air filter machines for the unhoused living at Pier 94. Personally, Arieann Harrison dedicates much of her time to connecting people with jobs, keeping up with who’s hiring and who’s in need of work.
